Service scope
LatencySentry is a hosted endpoint-monitoring service for HTTP-based checks. The current release is a beta product and may change as the service evolves.
Beta service notice
The service is provided on a beta basis. Checks may be delayed, false positives or missed failures may occur, and no production SLA, uptime guarantee, or service-credit policy is offered at this stage.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the endpoints, URLs, and operational data you choose to monitor. You must only submit targets you are authorized to test and monitor, and you must not use the service in a way that is unlawful, abusive, or intended to interfere with the platform or third party systems.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities that occur through your account. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe the service is being misused, if required by law, or if continued access creates operational or security risk.
Billing
Published self-serve billing applies only where the product explicitly presents live checkout. Custom or manual access arrangements may be handled separately. Charges, renewals, refunds, and billing terms may be expanded in future product and legal updates.
Liability and changes
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” during the beta period. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. You should not rely on the beta service as your sole production monitoring control.
